The invention relates to an apparatus for attaching a vine or other plant to a supporting wire or other support, characterised in that it essentially takes the form of a pliers with a rotary handle through which the covered wire or cord passes that is used to attach the plant to the support. The wire passes along a projection or ridge inside the inlet passage, such that only one end of the wire is rotated, the part to be rotated being passed through the cutting edges of the pliers, with one hand always remaining free. |
