This medical puncture device (1) has a flexible sheath (4) of cylindrical shape. A needle tube (3) is arranged within the sheath (4). The distal end of the needle tube (3) is sharp. A shaft portion (9) is provided at the proximal end of the sheath (4). A tube-shaped needle slider (15) is provided at the proximal end of the needle tube (3). The proximal end of the shaft portion (9) inserts into the needle slider (15). When the needle slider (15) is pushed towards the distal direction, the distal end of the needle tube (3) is exposed from the sheath (4). A plurality of guide grooves (11) are formed on the outside peripheral surface of the shaft portion (9). The needle slider (15) is provided with a lever portion (22). When a protrusion (24) of the lever portion (22) is inserted into any of the plurality of guide grooves (11), the needle slider (15) is prevented from moving in the axial direction with respect to the shaft portion (9), whereby the needle tube (3) is prevented from moving in the axial direction with respect to the sheath (4). |
