Provided are a method of processing a CPU usage rate anomaly of an application, and a device and a mobile terminal. The method comprises identifying a CPU usage rate anomaly of a current application and displaying a kill process prompt to enable users to check and kill a corresponding process on the basis of the prompt. The method of processing a CPU usage rate anomaly of an application of an embodiment of the present invention can reduce the impact on operation efficiency of a mobile terminal system caused by an application having a CPU usage rate anomaly, improving the operation efficiency of the mobile terminal.
