摘要 An efficient rear-outlet type equidistance nut tapping machine comprises a machine casing (27) and several sets of tapping devices arranged side by side. Each tapping device comprises a drive motor (26), a transmission mechanism, a tapping mechanism, a cam push rod feeding mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a nut clamping mechanism. The tapping mechanism and the nut clamping mechanism are oppositely arranged in the machine casing (27), power output of the drive motor (26) is transmitted to a main shaft (2) and the cam push rod feeding mechanism through the transmission mechanism respectively, an air cylinder (17) is used in the cam push rod feeding mechanism to enable a cam push rod (16) and a cam (15) to be kept in a pressing fit state to provide progressive power so that a nut clamping head (21) can be driven to do progressive movement towards the main shaft (2), tapping is carried out through a screw tap (22), and equidistance feeding is achieved. Because the cam push rod mechanisms are utilized for driving the nut clamping mechanisms to carry out feeding, compared with an air cylinder driving mode, the efficient rear-outlet type equidistance nut tapping machine has a stable machining process and high machining precision, and greatly improves the production efficiency.
