The present invention relates to a real estate lease management system. The present invention comprises a lease/transaction management module which provides a function for advertising for tenants by registering basic information of real estate that is input through a landlord terminal, a function for inquiring the basic information of the real estate through a tenant terminal and a real estate agent terminal, and a function for managing so that a real estate contract is signed online through the landlord terminal and the tenant terminal; a collection management module which transmits rent payment request information to the tenant terminal, receives rent deposit information from a receiving bank server when the rent is deposited into a virtual account or a private account of a designated receiving bank, builds a database of the transmitted rent deposit information, and re-transmits the information of the database to the landlord terminal; and a rental property management module which provides a function for registering requests for complaints and defect repair related to the real estate that is input through the tenant terminal, and for inquiring the status of the requests for complaints and defect repair in real time. According to the present invention, there is provided the integrated real estate lease management system that can meet all the needs of the landlords, the tenants, the real estate agencies and related construction companies with regard to a real estate lease, and significantly reduce the time and expense of the persons concerned which are required to deal with situations related to the real estate lease. |
