The present invention relates to a multipurpose fruit storage system. A large quantity of fruits harvested and stored in a storehouse may be dried and aged according to the properties thereof, nitrogen is supplied into the storehouse, and the fruits are washed by using ozone water having a high sterilization force, so freshness of the fruits may be maintained even after the fruits are stored for a long time. The multipurpose fruit storage system according to the present invention comprises: a storehouse having a space for piling up and storing fruits therein; an air adjusting unit formed inside or outside the storehouse, and selectively generating and emitting hot air or cool air into the storehouse; a nitrogen supply unit formed inside or outside the storehouse, suctioning air from the outside of the storehouse, separating nitrogen, and supplying nitrogen into the storehouse; and an air discharging unit formed inside or outside the storehouse, and suctioning air from the inside of the storehouse to be discharged to the outside. |
