<p>Abstract A method and systesm of on-line marketing enables an agent to market real-estate almost immediately after a contract has been signed, rather than having to wait for other processes to complete. The method includes receiving, at a marketing server, one or more product details for a product from a seller; receiving, at the marketing server, one or more product criteria from a buyer; comparing, at the marketing server, the one or more product details with the one or more product criteria; determining, at the marketing server, that the product details meet the product criteria; receiving, at the marketing server, instructions from the seller to provide modified product details; modifying, at the marketing server, at least one of the product details to create the modified product details; receiving, at the marketing server, confirmation of payment from the seller for sending the modified product details to the buyer; and sending, from the marketing server, the modified product details to the buyer.</p> |
