PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat pad that comprises a protrusion hardly forming an underfill part even when foam-molded by a molding tool.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat pad 4 according to the present invention includes a resin foam 6 that is foam-molded by a molding tool. The resin foam 6 comprises a body part 10, a plurality of protrusions 11 that protrude from a surface 10a of the body part 10, and a continuous part 12 that protrudes from the surface 10a of the body part 10 to make the protrusions 11 and 11 continue into each other. The continuous part 12 continues into a circumferential part of the protrusion 11.
