Provided is a skyrmion memory circuit (30) in which magnetic element skyrmions (40) can be circularly transferred. In the skyrmion memory circuit, current is applied in a closed-channel shaped magnetic body (10) between an outer circumferential electrode (12) that is connected to the outer circumference of the closed-channel shape and an inner circumferential electrode (14) that is connected to the inner circumference of the closed-channel shape, the skyrmions are transferred in a direction essentially perpendicular to the direction of the applied current, and the skyrmions are caused to circle within the closed-channel shaped magnetic body. The skyrmion memory circuit has one or more current channels (16) provided enclosing an edge region that includes an edge section of the closed-channel shaped magnetic body in one surface of the magnetic body.
