This electrical junction box (10) comprises: a first circuit substrate (11) having an electroconductive path; a second circuit substrate (16) having an electroconductive path; a terminal module (23) including a plurality of terminals (24) that connect the electroconductive path of the first circuit substrate (11) and the electroconductive path of the second circuit substrate (16), and an insulating connection member (30) that connects the plurality of terminals (24); and a retaining member (41) that retains the first circuit substrate (11) and/or the second circuit substrate (16). The retaining member (41) has a fitting part (48) into which the connection member (30) is fitted.
