The cradle head comprises a supporting main body (210) and a bearing table (246) connected to the supporting main body (210). The cradle head also comprises a mounting rod (244) connected to the supporting main body (210) and a counterweight assembly (50) adjustably disposed on the mounting rod (244). The bearing table (246) is connected to the mounting rod (244). The counterweight assembly (50) comprises a connecting base (51) connected to the bearing table (246), a guide member (52) disposed on the connecting base (51), a counterweight block (58) connected to the guide member (52), and a connecting member (59) disposed on the counterweight block (58). A fixed portion (513) is formed on the connecting base (51). The guide member (52) is disposed on the fixed portion (513). The counterweight block (58) is connected to the guide member (52) by means of the connecting member (59). The counterweight block (58) can move along the guide member (52) to adjust the cradle head and the gravity center of the counterweight assembly.
