Disclosed are a continuous recycling method and an apparatus for waste cross-linked polyolefin resin. The method of the present invention comprises a step of converting a waste cross-linked polyolefin resin into a recyclable polyolefin resin by being uncross-linked by a supercritical fluid which is a reaction solvent under an uncross-linked reaction atmosphere created in a single screw extruder, while the waste cross-linked polyolefin resin continuously moves along a single screw in the single screw extruder.
