The present invention relates to an intelligent head lamp for a vehicle and an operating method thereof and, more specifically, provides an intelligent head lamp for a vehicle and an operating method thereof, wherein an angle and a direction of the head lamp can be automatically adjusted in accordance with surrounding conditions. The intelligent head lamp for a vehicle comprises: a lamp module irradiating light; a rotation unit connected to the rear of the lamp module; a detection unit detecting external conditions of a vehicle; and a control unit controlling the rotation unit by receiving information of the detection unit. |
