The present invention relates to a method for the callus culture of peanuts to increase a resveratrol content and, more specifically, to a culture method for increasing a resveratrol content by culturing a callus induced from peanut leaves in a certain condition. According to the present invention, provided is a method for culturing a peanut callus to increase a resveratrol content which comprises the following steps: (A) inducing the peanut callus from the peanut leaves; (B) explanting the peanut callus in an MS medium to which at least one growth regulator selected from the group consisting of auxin and cytokinin is added; (C) culturing the peanut callus for 20-30 days and then irradiating the callus with UV light (UVC) of 0.5-1.0 mW/cm^2 for 5-40 minutes; and (D) subculturing the same at an interval of 21-28 days. |
