The present invention relates to a device for recovering cemented carbide powders, comprising: a powder molding press part having a feeder plate; a handler part which is configured to replace a gripper which picks up an insert tip compacted from the feeder plate and a powder recovering nozzle which sucks the cemented carbide powders, respectively, to install and use the same; and a cemented carbide powder recovering part having a vacuum suction device which can collect the recovered cemented carbide powders in one place. Moreover, the present invention relates to relates to a device for recovering cemented carbide powders using a dedicated apparatus part, comprising: a powder molding press part having a feeder plate; a dedicated apparatus part which has a powder recovering nozzle which sucks the cemented carbide powders around the feeder plate; and a cemented carbide powder recovering part having a vacuum suction device which can collect the recovered cemented carbide powders in one place. Accordingly, the present invention is economical since all of the cemented carbide powders scattered on the feeder plate can be recovered by using a multi-axis industrial robot system or a dedicated apparatus part installed in the powder molding press part, and improves workability and productivity due to automation of the entire system. |
