The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for delivering a substrate. The apparatus can reverse a flexible printed circuit board to make a rear side operation easy and deliver the flexible printed circuit board to other jig after finishing a front side operation of the flexible printed circuit board. The apparatus comprises: a first jig fixing apparatus capable of fixing a first jig, where at least one target is temporarily fixed into a first accommodating portion, in a downward state; a second jig fixing apparatus capable of fixing a second jig, having an empty second accommodating portion formed therein, in an upward state; a first jig transfer apparatus which transfers the first jig toward the second jig in order to make the first jig in the downward state and the second jig in the upward state be in contact with each other in a state of facing each other; and a first target pressurizing apparatus which firstly pressurizes the target toward the second jig from the first jig in order to make the target delivered to the second accommodating portion of the second jig in the upward state from the first accommodating portion of the first jig in the downward state. |
