摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing goggle glasses using a carbon material, and the method includes: a preparation step of preparing a carbon material and laminating the carbon material to form a provisional product (10); an arrangement step of enveloping the provisional product (1) of the preparation step on a tube (21) and inserting the provisional product into a mold (20); a molding step of housing the mold (20) of the arrangement step in a vacuum apparatus, and simultaneously supplying air (A) into the tube (21) and heating the tube to form a spectacle frame (31) or a spectacle bridge (32) having inner spaces (31a, 32a); a finishing step of surface-treating and post-forming an outer part of the spectacle frame (31) or the spectacle bridge (32) of the molding step; and a completion step of housing a hinge (35) in the inner spaces (31a, 32a) of the spectacle frame (31) and the spectacle bridge (32) of the finishing step to form a goggle (G). Accordingly, the present invention provides effects of obtaining a light goggle glass frame by using a carbon material in the manufacture of a goggle glass frame, thereby reducing an overall load of the goggle glass frame, improving fashionity by obtaining beautiful external appearance of the goggle glass frame, and enabling manufacturing of a front or a bridge having a predetermined curve as well as flexibility caused by using the carbon material.
