Provided is an organic Rankine cycle power generation system technology which combines a reverse Rankine cycle (heat pump system) and an organic Rankine cycle; produces electrical power by recovering heat sources from waste heat source of a factory, exhaust heat of a power plant, or incineration heat of incineration plant; and enables power generation by obtaining heat source having relatively low utilization, such as air heat, ground heat, seawater heat, and low-temperature waste heat. |
