The present invention provides: a mixed strain for inhibiting germination of a weed seed, wherein the comprises a lactic acid bacteria strain and a yeast strain; a herbicide comprising the mixed strain, a culture of the strain, or a concentrate from a culture medium of the strain, and an agriculturally and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; a producing method of the herbicide comprising a step of culturing the mixed strain; and a method for removing weeds by applying the mixed strain, the culture of the strain, or the concentrate from the culture medium of the strain to soil.
