The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for measuring solubility of nitrogen filled in a water tank and, more specifically, to an apparatus and method for measuring solubility of nitrogen of a water tank filled with high-pressure nitrogen. The apparatus of the present invention can measure solubility of high-pressure nitrogen filled in a coolant inside a high-pressure tank as safety injection water filled in a safety injection tank for emergency cooling of a light-water nuclear reactor.
