The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus capable of accurately and quickly check whether a welding nut is properly attached to a product. The inspection apparatus includes: a bed; a jig plate which is arranged on top of the bed; at least one checking cap which is arranged on the upper surface of the jig plate, has the upper and lower parts open, and has a welding nut insertion unit with an inner diameter narrowing in a downward direction forming the inner diameter of the upper end in order to prevent a welding nut from being fitted and assembled in a reversed direction; a sensor which is mounted in the checking cap to sense the welding nut being fitted to the welding nut insertion unit; and a marker which is arranged to penetrate the jig plate in an upright position, includes an actuator for upward and downward movement, and includes a marking tip on the upper end to indicate that the product does not have defects upon completing the inspection. The welding nut attachment state inspection apparatus can inspect whether a welding nut, which is supposed to be attached onto the product, is absent, is attached in an incorrect position, and is assembled in a reversed direction at once. |
