SUTURE FOR PLASTIC SURGERY AND INJECTION MOLD APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a surgical suture and an injection molding apparatus for manufacturing the same. The suture is equipped with a main body extended to a fixed length, and a plurality of protrusion barbs protruded and molded on the outer circumferential surface of the main body. The main body and the protrusion barbs are integrally formed by injection-molding a synthetic resin. According to the present invention, the suture is manufactured by injection-molding. Therefore, a surgical suture and an injection molding apparatus for manufacturing the same have excellent productivity with relatively short time required for the manufacture. The suture and the apparatus can manufacture firm suture by being manufactured with the synthetic resin.
