<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and dismantle a rotor for a motor from a rotary shaft of a compressor. <P>SOLUTION: This compressor dismantling apparatus includes a pedestal for holding a compressor component with a rotor and a rotation balancer attached to the rotary shaft, and a chuck, arranged facing the pedestal, for chucking and rotating the rotor projected from the compressor component. The compressor dismantling apparatus also includes a cutter movable in a direction to intersect the axial direction of the rotary shaft to machine an outer peripheral groove on the rotation balancer, and a stopper arranged facing the cutter and fittable into the outer peripheral groove. The compressor dismantling apparatus further includes a jack that has a push-out pin for pressing the rotary shaft axially from the tip surface with the rotor anchored by the stopper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
