Fitting element with grip force distributor

A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fitting element 100 configured for providing a fluidic coupling of a tubing 102 to a fluidic device 103. The fitting element 100 comprising a gripping piece 108 configured to exert - upon coupling of the tubing 102 to the fluidic device 103 — a grip force between the fitting element 100 and the tubing 102. The gripping piece 108 further preferably comprising a grip force distributor 108 configured to transform the grip force into a plurality of individual grip components spaced apart in the axial direction. The fitting element 100 further comprising a first 210 and a second housing element 220, each configured to at least partly house the gripping piece 108, and having a coupling element 330 configured to couple the elements 210, 220 when decoupling the tubing 102 from the fluidic device 103 and moving the second housing element 220 in an axial direction.
