<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a windingly laminated iron core which includes rationally resin sealing permanent magnets into a wound iron core body whose upper and lower surfaces respectively have level differences. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a windingly laminated iron core includes: a first step of disposing dummy plates 25 and 26, which respectively have level differences 23 and 24 that coincide with level differences 18 and 17 of the wound iron core body 15, on upper and lower sides of the wound iron core body 15 having permanent magnets 21 respectively inserted into magnet insertion holes 20, and disposing the wound iron core body 15 between a resin discharge mold 28 and a holding mold 30 with the upper and lower dummy plates 25 and 26 interposed therebetween; a second step of loading resin into magnetic insertion holes 20 via the dummy plate 25 contacted with the resin discharge mold 28 by extruding the resin from a resin pot 40 formed in the resin discharge mold 28; and a third step of taking out a windingly laminated iron core 10 having the permanent magnets 21 resin sealed therein from the resin discharge mold 28 and the holding mold 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
