<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator in a structure without the need of an inner spacer. <P>SOLUTION: The linear actuator comprises: a stator 2 provided with an inner core 20 whose front surface and rear surface in a thrust direction are planar; a mover 3 arranged around the stator 2 and provided with an outer core 30; and a planar leaf spring 41 arranged on the front side and rear side in the thrust direction of the inner core 20 and the outer core 30 to support the stator 2 and the mover 3 so as to have the same axial center and elastically support the mover 3 to the stator 2 so as to reciprocate in the thrust direction. In the linear actuator, the leaf spring 41 includes a fixing part 412a fixed to the inner core 20, and an arm part 412e extended in a circumferential direction from the fixed part 412a and elastically deformed and deflected in the thrust direction accompanying the reciprocation of the mover 3.
