Powdery product dispenser with removable reservoirs

The dispenser has a cylindrical shaped removable container (14) mounted in an open housing of a case, where the container contains an infused/percolation powdery food product e.g. ground coffee. An automatic locking unit (17) is associated to a confirmation unit (40), which confirms that the container is correctly installed inside the housing of the case by a vertical translation towards a base, where the unit (40) actuates operation control interrupters.
