The present invention relates to a management method and system of possible risk for battery failure of mobile devices, and, more particularly, to a method and system which provides a guarantee standard for a battery explosion accident and manages a possible risk involved with battery failure which clarifies where the responsibility lies, by collecting and providing information on abnormal overheating which is sensed as an abnormal symptom prior to a battery explosion accident, and information on hours of mobile phone use, the number of times of battery charging, etc. for mobile carriers and manufacturers. According to the present invention, when a battery of a mobile device works normally, a certain amount of money is saved for mobile carriers so that users gain a psychological relief, and when a battery explosion accident is occurred, in order to pay victims for treatment fee and compensation by analyzing the cause of the explosion, the present invention provides information about criteria of an accident insurance of the mobile carrier and of establishment of opening contract money. To this end, the invention stores managing information such as the number of times of battery charging, a temperature change of a battery, the number of times of power supply applied, hours of mobile device use, etc., and the purpose of the invention is to provide such information for mobile carriers or manufacturers when necessary. By providing information on whether the accident is occurred by counterfeit product use or a consumer′s deliberate destruction, the invention can provide data which is used in the cause identification of a battery explosion accident and in reducing the manufacturing responsibility of manufacturers. |
