The present invention relates to a green tire molding drum, capable of ultimately minimizing non-uniformity and defects of the completed product by reducing air insertion defect and improving productivity generated in the case of molding a green tire by attaching a rubber insert which is a band-type reinforcing material of a run-flat tire, and to a green tire molding method using the same. The green tire is arranged with a taper unit between a small diameter unit and a large diameter unit with respect to the shape and the position of the rubber insert arranged on the upper side of a preassembly, so as to simplify the entire surface of the preassembly and the rubber insert by changing the shape of a drum corresponding to the rubber insert. In addition, the method is capable of improving productivity through motion simplification by deleting the conventional stitching roll motion for pressing after attaching a body fly and molding only with splicing motion for pressing only a joint portion. |
