<p>A communication system is described herein which has at least two compact“network-in-a-box”systems which are configured such that when a mobile station roams from a first radio coverage area supported by a first compact system into a second radio coverage area supported by a second compact system then packets originating from an IP host will be routed to the mobile station via a GGSN and a SGSN in the second compact system instead of through a GGSN in the first compact system and then through the SGSN in the second compact system as had been done in the past.</p>
