The present invention relates to a smart wheel light using a pedaling sensor and an exercise amount calculation app outputting a message set by a driver through the wheel light to allow the driver to easily distinguish left and right sides which are not easily distinguished during night driving of a bicycle to secure safety and accurately calculate an exercise amount of the driver through comprehensive analysis of an operation state of the bicycle.
