The present invention provides a camera assembly and a telephone having the same. The camera assembly enables a camera module to be rotated in a direction of right and left, and a direction of top and bottom. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the camera assembly includes: a lens; a camera module connected to the lens and having a flexible printed circuit extending to the outside; a housing receiving the camera module to be rotated therein; a first motor rotating the camera module received in the housing by enabling a longitudinal direction of the housing to be an axial direction; and a second motor rotating the camera module received in the housing by enabling a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the housing to be an axial direction. |
