The present invention relates to a traditional Korean paper manufacturing device for producing wallets having a constant temperature providing function and, more specifically, to a traditional Korean paper manufacturing device for producing wallets having a constant temperature providing function which continuously supplies water at a constant heating temperature to laminate multiple pieces of traditional Korean paper by soaking the traditional Korean paper pieces in water at a temperature range of 50 degrees while manufacturing a traditional Korean paper product by laminating several layers of the traditional Korean paper pieces. The traditional Korean paper manufacturing device comprises: a pair of traditional Korean paper transferring rollers (10) formed with each surface facing each other and being attached to each other, receiving and discharging the traditional Korean paper pieces by rotational power, where the traditional Korean paper pieces are wet with water before being discharged, and having a body unit formed into a concavo-convex shape to pattern concavo-convex patterns on the traditional Korean paper pieces; a rectangular-parallelepiped water circulating device (40) installed on an upper portion of a heater by installing the traditional Korean paper transferring rollers, and supplying water at a constant temperature to the traditional Korean paper pieces passing through the traditional Korean paper transferring rollers by supplying water to the traditional Korean paper transferring rollers while receiving water from outside and circulating the water; the heater (30) installed in a lower portion of the water circulating device and providing heat to the water circulating device; and a heating supporter (20) installed in the lower portion of the heater and casing the heater. |
