<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnosis method of an insulating material, which is executable nondestructively, and estimates a surface insulation resistance of the insulating material accurately in various deterioration states. <P>SOLUTION: This insulation deterioration diagnosis method of the insulating material includes processes of: arranging by multivariate analysis, a relation between a change of an insulation characteristic of the insulating material used as an insulation deterioration determination reference, and a material characteristic of a plurality of insulating materials having correlation with the change of the insulation characteristic and an atmospheric environmental factor in which the insulating material is installed, and preparing beforehand an estimation expression of the insulation characteristic of the insulating material; measuring the material characteristic of the insulating material and the atmospheric environmental factor upon deterioration diagnosis, and estimating the insulation characteristic of the insulating material by the estimation expression; and diagnosing the deterioration state of the insulating material by the estimated insulation characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
