<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vibration device which has simple attaching structure of a dust-proof member and a piezoelectric element and is capable of generating a desired vibration waveform in the dust-proof member in spite of the simple attaching structure.SOLUTION: In the vibration device, a dust-proof filter 119 comprises: a bottom surface part 119a serving as a polygonal plate-like light transmission part which transmits therethrough light to enter a CCD held by a holder 145; and a plate-like side wall part 119b which is extended from one side of the polygonal light transmission part with an inclination of a predetermined angle from the side so as not to be in contact with each other. A piezoelectric element 120 for applying a perpendicular vibration amplitude to the surface of the light transmission part is fixed to the at least one side wall part 119b of the dust-proof filter 119.</p> |
