<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip with Noshi which is a single-part delivery slip including a distribution slip, a paste slip, and Noshi, saving a time and labor in peeling a necessary part from the slip, preventing the occurrence of blur or wrinkles of printing when printed by a non-impact printer, excellent in printing quality, preventing the occurrence of a curl of the Noshi when the Noshi is peeled from the slip, and designed by arranging a printing area without waste.SOLUTION: In a delivery slip 1 with Noshi, a first sheet including at least a paste slip 3, a distribution slip 4, and a Noshi 2, and a second sheet with a tuck structure are bonded via an adhesive 7. The Noshi 2 and other parts are adjacent at a half cut A, and the paste slip 3 and the distribution slip 4 are adjacent at a half cut B. A half cut C is previously given spaced apart from one end at a position of the second sheet with the tuck structure corresponding to the Noshi 2. Moreover, a release layer 6 is formed at a place excluding a part from the one end to a part right before the half cut C on the rear side of the Noshi 2 of the first sheet.</p> |
