The present invention relates to an electric precipitation device and an air conditioner including the same. The electric precipitation device includes: a first filter unit, wherein multiple discharge electrode plates are installed at intervals and an empty space is formed between the discharge electrode plates; a high voltage generator electrically connected to each of the discharge electrode plates; and a second filter unit located in the rear of the first filter unit in an air flow direction and performing corona discharge with the discharge electrode plate by being connected to a ground connection, wherein particles charged by the corona discharge are collected in the second filter unit. The structure of the first filter unit is simple, and the electric precipitation device provides an improved cleaning effect.
