The present invention relates to a novel giant metal polyoxide, and a producing method of functional fiber or fabric using the giant metal polyoxide. The giant metal polyoxide according to the present invention shows excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects. The functional fiber or fabric produced by using the giant metal polyoxide shows no deterioration of functions even with time by a strong ionic bond and shows excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects. The ability to dye the fiber or fabric is useful in the development of a functional fiber or fabric.
