<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior structure using a solar cell panel, having a highly simple frame structure, easy in production and control, and further capable of easily connecting and storing a cable of the solar cell panel. <P>SOLUTION: In the exterior structure, end edges (frames 12C, 12D) in the slope direction of a solar cell panel 1 are supported by a vertical support 3, and a pressing member 6 is mounted between the solar cell panels 1, 1 adjacent in the longitudinal direction. The vertical support 3 includes a pair of standing pieces 35, 35 extending upward. The upper end of the standing piece 35 is a support part 351 supporting the solar cell panel 1.
