<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a third person from estimating the action route of a user even when information in a long time is collected in a position information providing device.SOLUTION: A position information providing device includes: a position information acquisition part; a kana conversion part; and a recording part. The kana conversion part changes information specifying a user terminal in specific position information to kana, and outputs kana position information including the kana, information indicating the position of the user terminal and information indicating a time when the information indicating the position has been acquired. Also, the kana conversion part exchanges the kana by predetermined probability when there exist two or more user terminals satisfying exchange conditions that a difference between the time when the information indicating the position has been acquired is within a predetermined time range, and a difference between the positions is within a predetermined position range. The recording part records a correspondence relation between the information specifying the user terminal and the kana in every time when the information indicating the position has been acquired.</p> |
