<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar coil which can be deformed freely without sacrifice of electric insulation. <P>SOLUTION: The planar coil comprises a flexible first resin layer 14 in which a copper-plated first conductor 13 is embedded, a flexible second resin layer 17 in which a copper-plated second conductor 16 is embedded, an inside insulation layer 12 sandwiched between the first and second resin layers, a first outside insulation layer 15 formed on the outside of the first resin layer, and a second outside insulation layer 18 formed on the outside of the second resin layer.
