The present invention relates to a magnetic iron particle (MIP) separation system, which can effectively separate magnetic beads present in a mixed solution. The MIP separation system comprises: a chip including a channel; and a magnet which provides magnetic force for the chip. A plate is formed on the lower part of the chip. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an economic MIP separation system at low manufacturing costs of the chip.
