A rivet stud bolt is disclosed. The purpose of the disclosed rivet stud bolt is to bolt-couple a component to at least one sheet of panel, and the rivet stud bolt comprises: a bolt unit fastening the panel and the component; a flange unit integrally formed in one side end part of the bolt unit; a rivet unit integrally connected to the flange unit and having at least one or more slits and plastically deformed by a predetermined pressing force and bonded to a sheet material; and a rotation restraint unit formed in the flange unit and providing a rotation restraining force corresponding to torque. The rotation restraint unit can continuously form round-shaped protrusions and grooves along a circumference of the flange unit.
