The present invention relates to a method for predicting a formation degree of ethyl carbamate from a fermented wine. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for predicting a formation degree of ethyl carbamate from a fermented wine and a recording medium for predicting the same, wherein the formation amount of ethyl carbamate by a storing period of a product may be quantitatively analyzed and predicted, the formation amount of ethyl carbamate may be controlled by monitoring ethyl carbamate of a fermentation wine, and the method and recording medium may be effectively used for managing a product in advance and handling a quality. |
