<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content for soft capsules which can dissolve loxoprofen sodium or hydrate thereof into the content for soft capsules at a high concentration, and to provide a soft capsule pharmaceutical preparation whose size is reduced by reducing the amount per dose of a base to be taken easily.SOLUTION: The content for soft capsules contains a base, loxoprofen sodium or hydrate thereof, and a solubilizing agent for dissolving loxoprofen sodium or hydrate thereof in a base so that the concentration of the loxoprofen sodium or hydrate thereof is 22-40 mass%. The content for soft capsules is prepared in which the solubilizing agent contains detergent consisting of organic monocarboxylic acid, or glycerol monofatty acid ester or polyglycerol fatty acid ester, and the concentration of loxoprofen sodium or hydrate thereof is 22-40 mass%.</p> |
