<p>The medium conveying device and medium dealing device provided in the invention are quiet. A bank paper conveying portion (20) is provided with the components as following: a belt wheel, wherein the belt wheel is formed by a rotatable cylinder, and a belt wheel tooth portion is formed at the peripherial surface of belt wheel; a driving belt (32), the belt tooth portion (33) formed at the inner circumferential surface is engaged with the belt wheel tooth portion of the belt wheel and is moving with the rotation of the belt wheel; and a driven roller, wherein the driven roller is formed by a rotatable cylinder and is connected with a bank paper (BL) in a butt joint manner, wherein the paper conveying device is used for conveying the bank paper (BL) at the peripherial surface of the driving belt (32).</p> |
