In addition, at least one interposition element (2) is interposed between a die (6) or a punch (8) of the mould for a press (12) and the accessory body (4) on at least a part of the contact region (11) with the thermoplastic layer, to join the accessory body (4) to the base (10) at said part of the contact region (11).
