The ink-jet image forming apparatus capable of creating an alarm message comprises: an ink-jet image forming apparatus transmitting an alarm signal with respect to residual quantity of ink; a manager terminal receiving an alarm message with respect to residual quantity of ink of the ink-jet image forming apparatus; a manager PC transmitting a message to the manager terminal; and at least one user PC. |
