摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a reaction in a liquid phase and, further by using the reaction, to provide carbon carrying metal compound nanoparticles in a dispersed state.SOLUTION: A liquid phase reaction is promoted in a turning reactor, by applying shear stress and centrifugal force to raw materials of a metal compound and a carbon material. Furthermore, carbon carrying metal nanoparticles in a dispersed state is prepared, comprising: metal compound nanoparticles generated by using this reaction and, in the course of a liquid phase reaction, by applying shear stress and centrifugal force to the raw materials of a metal compound and the carbon material in a turning reactor; and carbon dispersed by applying shear stress and centrifugal force in a turning reactor. An electrochemical element using the carbon carrying metal nanoparticles as an electrode has high output and high capacity characteristics.
