<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device, an imaging device, and a signal reading method, capable of capturing a high quality image. <P>SOLUTION: A solid state imaging device includes a plurality of pixels, in which first and second circuit boards in which circuit elements constituting the pixels are arranged are electrically connected by connecting parts. The pixels each include: a photoelectric conversion element included in the first circuit board; and an output circuit included in the second circuit board, for outputting a signal generated in the photoelectric conversion element and transmitted through the connecting part, from the pixel. The connecting parts each are connected to the first circuit board or the second circuit board at a connecting region of the first circuit board or the second circuit board. The device further includes an output control circuit for controlling the order in which the pixel outputs the signal, according to a relation between a position of the connecting region and a position of the pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
